The visual framework for target account selling.
Stateframe transforms traditional relationship grids into a dynamic visual workspace. Decouple cells from Excel, give them rich context, and switch between a grid view and a freeform whiteboard view - all while keeping full data ownership with local hosting.
What works today.
Stateframe is in Beta. The list below reflects what version 0.9 ships toward the target-account-selling vision: cells decoupled from Excel, given context, and arranged into flows you control. The roadmap covers what is next.
| Capability | ● Today | ○ Roadmap |
|---|---|---|
| Data Import | CSV only | Xlsx, Parquet, Direct database connectors, etc |
| Storage | Local unencrypted | Optional encryption |
| Map Controls | Data point filters, range filters, Pareto sorts, groupings, etc | Multimedia support |
| State System | Condition based states | Actionable states, lookups, derived data and data webs |
| History | Data is history | Undo & redo, dynamic timelines |
| Networking | Peer-to-Peer LAN | Access control system, optional cloud relay for over-internet networking |
| Extensibility | - | Plugin system, AI layer, BI layer |
A workspace built around target accounts.
Relationship grids, decoupled from Excel.
Target accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products live on the same zoomable surface. Stack headings on either axis to slice the relationship by buyer, region, product, or stage. Pan and zoom without lag.
Rich context on every cell.
Compose conditions to flag white-space in your target accounts, stalled deals, or thin relationships. Stateframe re-evaluates them as the underlying data shifts, so the picture stays current as accounts move.
- Attribute
- By value - equals, contains, range.
- Derived
- Stack rules with AND logic.
- Composite
- Roll several rules into one legend entry.
- Diff
- Show what changed between two snapshots.
- Empty
- Highlight cells with no data - white-space in the account.
Two views of the same map.
Flip a map from grid to freeform without leaving the data. Drag any cell off the lattice, drop it where it belongs, and group accounts inside named buckets - territories, swimlanes, account constellations, deal-stage maps. The grid view stays the system of record; the whiteboard is just another lens on it.
- Grid
- Locked rows and columns. Stack headings, sort, filter.
- Whiteboard
- Drag any cell anywhere. Same data, free layout.
- Buckets
- Named regions you paint on the canvas. Coloured borders, custom fills, resizable.
- Snap
- Optional grid snap keeps freeform layouts tidy.
- Per-view zoom
- Pan and zoom are banked per view, so each has its own natural framing.
Posture & platform.
Your data, on your machine.
Local hosting, full data ownership. The desktop app stores everything on your computer; the only network calls it makes are for the LAN sessions you initiate yourself. Your target-account data never leaves your hands.
- ×We do not see your data and make no requests to our servers.
- ×We do not collect telemetry, analytics, or crash reports.
- ×We do not know your collaborators - LAN traffic stays on your network.
Native, by design.
A native renderer keeps relationship grids smooth, even at the size of a full account portfolio.
